I interned at CitiCorp, Pune over the summers of 2016. My project was to convert the levels (score) assigned to team based on Capability Maturity Model to a corresponding score in the proprietary lifecycle model developed by Citi. Furthermore, I was given the responsibility to improve the scores after transitioning to the new software development model and develop a roadmap to achieve these improvements.

I interviewed engineers to identify the pain points in the overall development process and suggested different implementations of internal tools to improve the score assigned to teams. To corroborate my findings, I used the data from the ticketing system as a validation set before presenting my findings to the Senior Vice President and his team.
